Episode 57:

Spiritfarer

Welcome to spring! To celebrate the new blooms on the trees and new baby animals springing up everywhere, we’re playing a game entirely centered around death and dying…but in the cutest way possible! Seriously though, this game was heavy, and light, and well, basically EVERYTHING to us. So much so, that we had to bring on a special guest, Corrigan’s sister Erin. She helped us process our thoughts and emotions as we discussed the ups and downs of one of our favorite games of all time: Spiritfarer. Enjoy!

After some intros and BS, and some really heavy-hitting development by Jason, we get into the gameplay (7:30) and it lasts AWHILE. Eventually we get into “What’s The Drink? What’s The Song?” (1:19:14) before a delightful Recommendation Station (1:40:00) and FINALLY we talk about next month’s game (1:58:15). WHEW. What an episode!
